This unit provides a series of four lessons per grade level with a focus on general movement skills that include static and dynamic balance, simple stunts and tumbling and overall body control. The lessons provide a sequential series of body management skills and movement challenges. These movement concepts will create a solid foundation for the wide variety of more advanced motor skills.
